THE stock market and the peso went opposite ways on Tuesday with currency down a centavo and a half and the benchmark index posting a slight gain.
The Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) added 26.41 points or 0.41 percent to end the day at 6,429.65 while the broader All Shares increased by 4.19 points or 0.12 percent to 3,390.15.
