HARBIN, China: A freight plane carrying over 40 tons of cargo, which include cross-border electronic commerce goods, took off from Harbin Taiping International Airport and flew directly to Los Angeles.
This smooth air cargo service is partly credited to years of constant efforts to improve cross-border infrastructure in China's northeastern Heilongjiang province.
