Quiapo Church names new rector

THE Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene. also known as Quiapo Church, now has a new rector and parish priest.

Fr. Rufino Sescon formally took over as the administrative leader of the minor basilica, the famous home for the Black Nazarene, on Monday following his appointment by Manila Archbishop Jose Cardinal Advincula last month.
