De La Salle University (DLSU) edged out University of the Philippines (UP), 82-80, to take its second straight win that ended the latter's seven-game winning run on Sunday in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 85 men's basketball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Kevin Quimbao came through with 18 points, 13 in the fourth quarter, on top of nine rebounds, to lead the way for the Green Archers, who boosted their Final Four bid and rose to 5-6, tied with Adamson in fourth place.
