Blazers blast Chiefs, near twice-to-beat bonus

College of St. Benilde moved closer from earning a twice-to-beat advantage in the Final Four as the Blazers defeated the Arellano University Chiefs 83-73 in the NCAA Season 98 men's basketball tournament Sunday at the Filoil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City.

Robi Nayve led CSB with 17 points, while Miguel Corteza contributed 15 points and five rebounds and Mark Sangco had a double-double production of 11 points and 13 rebounds for the Blazers.
