THE Department of Health (DoH) launched its second 'Konsultayo Arangkada' campaign in Manaoag, Pangasinan, with the aim of bringing primary health care services to its residents.

The launch was led by DoH Officer in Charge Maria Rosario Vergeire with Undersecretary Nestor Santiago of the Field Implementation and Coordination Team in Luzon, DoH-Center for Health Development (CHD) Ilocos Region director Dr. Paula Paz Sydiongco, Manaoag Mayor Jeremy Rosario, and representatives from the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) and the Global Fund-Philippine Business for Social Progress (GB-PBSP).
