NORTH Cotabato Gov. Emmylou Mendoza led a personal visit to representatives of airline companies to encourage them to place flights in the soon-to-be-opened Central Mindanao Airport.
According to a report, the airline companies expressed a positive response to the governor's appeal to place flights in the province of Cotabato.
