THE House of Representatives' Committee on Health approved on Wednesday, subject to amendments, a substitute bill that seeks to create the Health Emergency Auxiliary Reinforcement Team (Heart).

The measure replaced the Medical Reserve Corps bill, which is part of the Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council's Common Legislative Agenda.
