Dr. Teresito Bacolcol, officer in charge of the Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Institute of Volcanology and of the Geology and Geophysics Research and Development Division, presents the 3rd Philippines Information System, a web-based application developed by the DoST-Phivolcs, on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022. The system provides a centralized database for storing, accessing and facilitating information on the link between disasters and how they impact the Earth’s surfaces and subsurfaces.
