THE Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) vowed to improve the users' experience at the Port of Matnog, particularly on RoRo and other related services.

PPA General Manager Jay Santiago said the agency and the local government of Sorsogon were working to improve the operations in Matnog Port, after meeting with the local chief executives of Sorsogon, recently.
