THE three-man prosecution panel formed by the Department of Justice (DoJ) is scheduled to issue subpoenas today, November 14, against suspended Bureau of Corrections Director General Gerald Bantag and several other respondents in the murder of radio commentator Percival "Percy Lapid" Mabasa and New Bilibid Prison (NBP) inmate Cristito "Jun Villamor" Palaña.
