HOUSEHOLD spending in the Philippines is expected to slow next year but then steady as inflation eases, Fitch Solutions said in a new report.
"We forecast real household spending to grow by 5.5 percent y-o-y (year on year) in 2023. This is down from the 7.6-percent y-o-y growth forecast in 2022," the Fitch unit said in its Philippines 2023 Consumer Outlook report.
