(UPDATE) FEDERATION of Free Farmers National Manager Raul Montemayor on Tuesday said that the P1,000 fertilizer subsidy for farmers is not enough to cushion the impact of high inflation rate which is expected to prevail until 2023.
In a radio interview, Montemayor also blamed the over importation of rice in the palay (unhusked rice) price drop.
