PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Tuesday pushed for an organized preemptive evacuation plan to reduce the risk of losing lives during calamities.
Marcos ordered the local governments to ensure that all their constituents, especially those living near danger zones, follow the preemptive evacuation plans during emergency situations. The President said the government must do everything to convince them to cooperate and move them out of the danger zone.
