Dozens of Bilibid corpses found

AN investigation of a criminal enterprise operating inside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP), the national penitentiary in Muntinlupa City, is in full swing following the discovery of 30 corpses, Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla said on Tuesday.
