SPNEC is now SP New Energy Corp.

THE Solar Philippines Nueva Ecija Corp. is now SP New Energy Corp. (SPNEC).

In a disclosure to the local bourse on Tuesday, the Leviste-led company said that the change in its corporate name to SP New Energy has started to be reflected on the Philippine Stock Exchange on November 8.
