BACOLOD CITY: A total of 3,166 families displaced by two-week clashes between government troops and communist rebels in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental in October 2022 received armed conflict financial assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) this week.
Each family beneficiary received P3,000 cash during the two-day payout held until Friday.
