Pakistan's Khan: PM had role in slay try

WAZIRABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan's former prime minister Imran Khan on Friday accused his successor of involvement in a plot to kill him as he recovered in the hospital from gunshot wounds following an assassination attempt.

Khan told reporters that Shehbaz Sharif, who replaced him as premier following a no-confidence vote in April, planned the attack with Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah and a senior army commander.
