THE Philippine National Police (PNP) on Friday announced additional reshuffling of the positions in the force, Area Police Command (APC) Visayas chief Maj. Gen. Michael John Dubria was named as head of the PNP Directorial Staff, the fourth highest position in the force.
PNP chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. said Dubria, a member of the Philippine Military Academy "Sambisig" Class of 1991, will replace MGen. Arthur Bisnar, chief of the directorial staff, and member of PMA "Bigkis Lahi" Class of 1990.
