Tearing down the evil empire that rules Bilibid

LAST Wednesday, the Bureau of Corrections made a big media show out of presenting the wide assortment of items confiscated from inmates at the National Bilibid Prison.

The haul, aside from the usual array of improvised weapons, featured home appliances like microwave ovens and widescreen TV sets, and mobile phones and similar devices.
