SENATE President Juan Miguel "Migz" Zubiri on Thursday, November 3, said Severe Tropical Storm "Paeng" will figure largely in deliberations on the proposed 2023 national budget once the Senate resumes regular session next week.
"We will have to consult the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council and local governments to assess our recovery roadmap," Zubiri said after heading to Mindanao to donate relief assistance to the local governments of affected provinces and cities.
