BACOLOD CITY: Seventeen public schools in Bacolod City with limited classroom resources have adopted the double-shift policy of the Department of Education (DepEd) in order to accommodate all learners, Lila Arro, education program supervisor, said.
"In most of our elementary schools, our problem is we have shortage in classrooms, that's why we are implementing the double-shift (policy)," Arro said.
