8 Muntinlupa villages affected by 'Paeng'

MUNTINLUPA City Mayor Rozzano Rufino 'Ruffy' Biazon declared the city under a state of calamity because of the damage wrought by Severe Tropical Storm 'Paeng' (international name: 'Nalgae').

The city reported two casualties.
