THE Philippine Red Cross (PRC) welcomed donations to support its ongoing relief operations for victims of Severe Tropical Storm "Paeng" (international name: "Nalgae").
The donations, according to the PRC, will be used for immediate relief efforts and long-term recovery of areas that were affected by the storm.
