ORTIGAS has emerged as one of the most popular business hubs in the Philippines, with demand for flexible workspace in the area up by 83 percent in 2022 compared to 2021, the highest growth in Metro Manila, a study revealed.

New findings from 2022 Philippines Insights Report by The Instant Group highlighted that key business hubs across Metro Manila have seen interest in flexible solutions increase, with demand growing by up to 70 percent in some of the other key districts. This also shows that corporates are looking for more flexibility and agility.
