DAGUPAN CITY: The local government unit (LGU) of Rosales will implement a liquor ban within the municipality for the peaceful commemoration of Undas and maintain the solemnity of this occasion. Mayor William Cezar issued Executive Order 72 on Wednesday for the strict implementation of the liquor ban starting from 1 p.m. on October 31 to 12 a.m. on November 2. Cezar said it shall be prohibited for any person to sell, furnish, offer, buy, or serve intoxicating liquors or permit the drinking of alcohol in a public place. Any intoxicated individuals will not be allowed entry into all cemeteries, whether private or public, within the municipality during the period specified, he added.
