TROPICAL storm "Queenie" is forecast to weaken further on Tuesday and is expected to become a low pressure area (LPA) by Thursday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Pagasa in its 5 a.m. bulletin said it was estimated some 430 kilometers east-southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Norte.
