The Philippine School for the Deaf (PSD) in Pasay City officially opened the doors of its new student dormitory, as the Embassy of Japan in the Philippines formally turned over the two-storey building in a ceremony on October 28.
The new dormitory building was completed through "The Project for the Construction of Dormitory Building for the Philippine School for the Deaf in Pasay City."
