THE Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) projects the creation of about 500,000 jobs in the countryside based on the provisions of its 2022-2028 industry roadmap that also discussed pathways toward maximizing global customer experience management (CXM) opportunities.
Based on a high-growth scenario forecast, CCAP sees the potential of increasing the number of its full-time employees from 1.3 million to 2.3 million and realize an annual revenue of $49 billion by 2028. Half of the 1 million jobs are projected to be created in the countryside.
