AN official of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Saturday said that the Binga Dam in Benguet is being monitored as its water level stood at 571.76 meters, 3.24 meters lower than its spilling level of 575 meters.
In a radio interview, Pagasa Hydrologist Richard Orendain said that at least two barangay (villages) in Itogon, Benguet will be likely affected once water from the Binga Dam overflows.
