Marcos tells public: Take precautions amid 'Paeng'

PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos has urged the public to take precautionary measures amid the onslaught of Severe Tropical Storm Paeng (international name: Nalgae).

The President particularly advised those who went to the provinces for the nation's observance of All Saints Day and All Souls' Day.
