THE local government of Datu Montawal in Maguindanao has offered a P300,000 bounty for anyone who could provide information that would help identify the killers of its town councilor.
Mayor Otho Montawal on Wednesday, October 26, said he hopes the reward money would help speed up the resolution of the killing of Councilor Mubarac Abubakar, 49.
