(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Wednesday defended his decision to appoint former top police Camilo Cascolan as undersecretary of the Department of Health (DoH) and filmmaker Paul Soriano as presidential adviser for creative communications.
