EXPERTS from the University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman are in agreement that precautionary and safety measures are still necessary in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, even though improved vaccination numbers across the country have warranted an overall easing of restrictions.
The experts also stressed the need for a carefully planned, calculated and gradual return to face-to-face (F2F) classes to allow universities and schools enough time to adapt their facilities to accommodate hybrid learning.
