Govt warned vs illegal fintech contractors

GOVERNMENT agencies need to double down on due diligence on potential government financial technology (fintech) contractors, especially now that the industry is booming, a former lawmaker warned.

In a statement on Wednesday, former Pwersa ng Bayanihang Atleta Partylist representative Jericho Nograles cautioned government agencies to only transact with credible entities that provide sound and secure solutions, and have clean track records.
