THE Board of Investments (BoI) is currently promoting the Philippines' amended Foreign Investment Act (FIA) with hopes of enticing more foreign investors to do business in the country.
Signed by former president Rodrigo Duterte on March 2, 2022, the amended law will allow foreign investors to set up and fully own domestic enterprises in the Philippines.
