NOTING the importance of housing and livelihood for the country's marginalized sectors, particularly the urban poor, Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Elpidio Jordan Jr. lauded efforts of local government units (LGUs) in Iloilo, Negros Occidental and Capiz to intensify their socialized housing programs that would help many of our homeless countrymen.
