PRESIDENT MARCOS UNVEILS TOWNSHIP MARKER IN MEGAWORLD’S THE UPPER EAST President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. lauds the continuing transformation of the former site of the Bacolod- Murcia Milling Co. into the city’s modern central business district as he led the inauguration of Megaworld’s 34-hectare The Upper East by unveiling a historic township marker on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2022.
