REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL-12 HAS NEW CHAIRPERSON

THE MUSLIM community welcomed the appointment of North Cotabato Gov. Emmylou Mendoza as the new chairperson for the Regional Development Council-12, who is supportive of the Southern Philippine peace process. Bangsamoro Labor Minister Muslim Sema, chairman of the Moro National Liberation Front, said other Muslim leaders welcome this development. Mendoza was recently appointed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
