AGRICULTURAL group Samahang Industriya ng Agrikultura (Sinag) on Monday backed the declaration of state of calamity in San Miguel, Iloilo, following an outbreak of African swine fever (ASF) in the municipality.
Sinag Executive Director Jayson Cainglet said this will equip the municipal and provincial governments with all the resources at their disposal to combat the further spread of ASF.
