THE government must allocate more resources to establish more programs addressing students' mental health, advocate and Ako Bakwit chairman Samira Gutoc said.
According to her, this will put a premium on mental health programs and support for experts in schools and offices as many are discouraged from expressing their personal problems or concerns due to the lack of avenues such as parent-teacher-student dialogues.
