(UPDATE) THE price of flowers is expected to double as All Saints' Day nears and with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) deciding to refrain from issuing a suggested retail price (SRP) for blooms which are not considered basic necessities.

The DTI said, however, that the SRP for candles it issued in August should be followed.
