Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU) smashed University of the East (UE), 91-76, to end its first round campaign in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 85 men's basketball with two straight wins on Sunday at the Ynares Center.
Leading by only two, 46-44, at the half, the Blue Eagles overwhelmed the Red Warriors with a 17-0 run capped by an Ange Kouame basket at the 4:58 mark of the third quarter, as they built a 19-point, 63-44 advantage and took control for the rest of the way.
