'Creating a safe space on the blank page' is how mental health advocate, writer, and creative coach Belle Mapa describes herself and her business on her Instagram Page. Belle shared her story with The Sunday Times Magazine and further described her mission in life, 'I teach people to reconnect with their inner creative spirits by way of writing, drawing, and painting all in a journal.'

An avid 'journal keeper' since childhood, Belle has always seen herself as a true blue creative. She shared, 'I've always been a passionate soul. I was never afraid to pursue multiple interests so long as they fed my soul. I was raised by artists. My mom's a painter and a potter and my dad was an interior decorator (he passed away in 2017).'
