THE Philippine Chamber of Agriculture and Food Inc. (Pcafi) urged President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. to certify as urgent House Bill 1976 or the "Philippine Salty Industry Development Bill," which aims to revitalize the dying salt industry in the country.
