(UPDATE) THE Philippine National Police (PNP) believes that the killing of broadcaster Percival 'Percy Lapid' Mabasa has been solved but it will continue its investigation of the case, an official said.

'We have solved the case because we already identified the suspects and we have at least one in custody and we filed cases against them. But we are still continuing the investigation,' Southern Police District Director BGen. Kirby John Kraft said.
