NICOLA Queen Diamante and Paulene Beatrice Obebe shared the limelight at the start of the Congress of Philippine Aquatics, Inc. (COPA) Reunion Swim Challenge 3rd leg on Saturday, October 22, at the Teofilo Ildefonso swimming pool inside the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex in Malate, Manila.

The 11-year-old Diamante from the RSS Dolphins Swim Club led the field in girls class A, winning the gold medal in the 50-meter butterfly with a clocking of 34.72 seconds and the 50-meter freestyle at 31.69 seconds as she tries to duplicate her sterling four-gold medal haul in the second leg of the tournament last August.
