JUSTICE Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla revealed on Friday there is a "second middleman" involved in the killing of radio commentator Percival Mabasa.
Remulla made the revelation during a press briefing where he announced that Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director Gerald Bantag has been suspended on the orders of the President following the death of the alleged first middleman in the Mabasa slay.
