TARLAC remains a peaceful place to put up ventures as the Securities and Exchange Commission's Tarlac Extension Office (SEC-TEO) noted a 42.9 percent increase in company registrations as of the third quarter of 2022.
Records from SEC-TEO showed 633 entities during the period, including 157 regular corporations, 224 nonstock corporations, 44 partnerships, 45 one-person corporations and 163 companies with less than five incorporators.
