BULACAN's efforts in adopting and instituting innovative and best practices in good governance in partnership with the private sector were once again recognized as it is won with the Most Business-Friendly LGU Award-Province Level during the 48th Philippine Business Conference and Expo held at the Fiesta Pavilion, The Manila Hotel, Manila on Thursday.

President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. congratulated the awardees and said that the government is now hard at work in recovering the many opportunities lost prior to the global health crisis while navigating the waters of the new normal.
